At StylePonDemLuxe, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless. Please carefully review our refund and returns policy below, as it outlines important terms and conditions.

Refund Policy
Due to health and safety regulations, and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene during the preparation of our units, we do not offer refunds. This policy complies with health and safety laws.

However, if you believe there is an error or damage to your unit, you may raise a dispute by contacting us at StylePonDem@hotmail.com. Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, disputes raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.

Please ensure any returned items are:

  • In brand-new, unused condition, with lace and labels intact.
  • Returned in their original packaging.
  • Not tampered with, as tampered items will void your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

  • Pre-made, unused units (brand-new with lace and labels intact) can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are delivered faulty.

Late Deliveries
We kindly note that delayed deliveries do not qualify for refunds.

Approved Refunds or Exchanges
Once a refund or exchange has been approved, the item must be returned to us before we process your request. Please be aware of the following:

  • Refunds may take 10-14 working days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. If this timeframe has passed, please contact your bank directly before reaching out to us.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Important Note on Returns
For your protection, we strongly recommend sending returned items via a tracked shipping service. Any items lost in transit will not be refunded or exchanged and will remain the customer’s responsibility.
