SHIPPING POLICY

At StylePonDem, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. By confirming your order, you agree to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Orders marked as "Ready to Ship" will be dispatched within 2-5 working days after payment processing is completed.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow for the stated working days to pass before expecting to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided during checkout.
  • If your wig does not arrive within the estimated time, please allow an additional 5 working days before contacting us for support.

COURIERS WE USE

Your orders will be shipped via trusted couriers, including:

  • FedEx
  • Royal Mail
  • DHL

Once your order is handed over to the courier, StylePonDem is no longer liable for any shipping errors, delays, or lost packages. We recommend tracking your order using the details provided in your shipping confirmation email.

PAYMENT PROCESSING TIMES

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, the preparation of your order begins.
  • Shipping timelines are calculated after the payment is fully processed.

DELAYS AND REFUNDS

  • We are not responsible for any courier delays. As a result, refunds will not be permitted due to delays caused by the courier.
  • In the rare event of a lost package, we will assist you in liaising with the courier to resolve the issue. However, StylePonDem is not liable for missing packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.
